CSI provides light to medium engineering services including cutting, bending, shaping, welding, assembling, powder coating, spray painting and packaging. From high level expertise to repetitive, long-run, labour intensive tasks we get the job done to specification, under contract or in partnership.

We can manage the project, give you account support and deliver on schedule. We'll give you any measure of support you need and are constantly expanding our range and capacity.

Excelling in labour intensive engineering projects, we can provide a workforce that expands and contracts to fit the demands of the job. CSI also makes a diverse range of metal fabricated products for government and private business, such as furniture, trolleys, trailers, security doors and screens, bins and fencing.

Delivering engineering excellence on projects big and small since the 1980's, our engineering business units are staffed by trade qualified Overseers supervising a trained inmate workforce. CSI engineering business units are supported by TAFE NSW welding modules and offender workplace traineeships.

We manufacture security fencing, gates and grills. Current fencing designs allow for anti-climb, with cowl or razor tape installed on top of the fence for extra security. The range includes perimeter fencing, mesh windows, mesh barriers and protective screens.

CSI powder coats steel and aluminium products and provides two pack spray painting on all materials including metal, aluminium, and timber. We operate under contract or in partnership with clients who include NSW Department of Education and Training and a range of private sector customers.

CSI is the largest correctional centre cell furniture contractor in Australia. We also provide repairs, additions and renovations to existing facilities.

Our welded metal furniture can be free standing, floor mounted or wall mounted with various design options to choose from.

We manufacture a wide range of all-purpose trolleys from laundry and linen trolleys to overhead projection and library trolleys. Choose from our extensive range, then select the appropriate castors for the weight the trolley will carry and the floor surfaces it is expected to navigate.

CSI metal clothing and waste bins come with design features which make them safe and sturdy. We provide both fabrication and refurbishment services. The product range is robust, well priced and available at competitive lead times.

CSI can meet your custom trailer requirements. To date we have manufactured trailers for ride-on lawn mowers, hose trailers for the NSW Fire Brigade and custom trailers for the State Emergency Services. We can also refurbish or modify your existing trailers.
